Many flowers showcased in our content are sent by clients, and therefore differ from commercially bought ones. Dried Packet Flower Work

When using dried packet flowers, there may be slight variations in flower types or colors while maintaining the theme. This is due to stock limitations and sourcing delays, as we import many of our materials. Minor design differences are natural in handcrafted resin art.

Same Design and Color Disclaimer

Resin is a handmade, flow-based art, meaning no two pieces can be exactly alike. Color shades may differ slightly due to material changes, and designs may vary due to the natural flow of resin. We do not use machines or molds that replicate exact patterns, ensuring every item is unique.

Parcel Delivery

We ship via Leopards Courier, with a standard delivery time of 3–5 working days. For urgent delivery needs, overnight services are available at an additional cost borne by the customer. If a customer opts out of express shipping, we are not liable for delays in standard delivery.

Return Policy

We accept returns only if an item arrives broken or significantly different from the approved design. Small deviations or artistic differences do not qualify for returns due to the handmade nature of our work. If possible, we will attempt to fix the issue, but refunds are not guaranteed.

b. While we strive for full security, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and customers share personal information at their own risk.
