General

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors. By using our services, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and these terms. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products & Custom Orders

  • All of our products are handmade using resin, and minor variations in color, texture, and design are natural and expected.
  • Custom orders are created based on client-provided preferences. Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or returned, unless damaged in transit or significantly incorrect.
  • No two resin pieces can be identically replicated, even if the same design or color is requested.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Full payment is required before we begin working on your order.
  • We accept payments via secure third-party platforms (e.g., bank transfer, cash on delivery, or Shopify-supported methods).

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered via Leopards Courier, with a typical delivery time of 3–5 working days.
  • Express/overnight delivery is available at an additional cost, paid by the customer.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom and fragile nature of our resin items, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon delivery or differs significantly from the agreed-upon design.
  • Slight color or pattern variations do not qualify for returns, as resin is a flow art and every piece is unique.
  • Any return claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with unboxing proof.

Use of Customer Materials

  • If you send us personal materials (e.g., flowers, photos), you accept the risks involved in using them within resin art. We are not liable for the natural degradation of organic materials.
  • Please ensure all items sent to us are clean, dry, and clearly labeled.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of Bikhray Rung. Reproduction or use of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by courier services
  • Slight variations in custom orders
  • Allergic reactions to resin materials
  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling by the customer

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable local laws.
